How Group Volume Bonus Works

  • Your Group Volume determines your Group volume bonus percentage.
  • Higher Group Volume (PV) allows promotion to higher Percentage.
  • The Differential Bonus is calculated on eligible group business volume.
  • Only Active Members are eligible for Group Volume Bonus.

Important

  • Leadership Rank is achieved based on Group PV qualification.
  • Ranks & Override performance bonus BP given are are permanent once achieved.
  • To receive the group volume bonus you have to meet the requirements month on month while there will be no demotion in rank.
  • Group Volume Bonus is completely separate from the Override performance bonus which follows .

Qualified leaders participate in the monthly Override Performance Bonus Pool based on the Bonus Points assigned to their achieved Leadership Rank.

Override Performance Bonus Calculation

Every commission cycle, 6% of the Company's Business Volume (BV) is allocated to the Override Performance Bonus Pool.

Bonus Point Value = Override Performance Bonus Pool รท Total Qualified Bonus Points

Member Override Performance Bonus = Member Bonus Points ร— Bonus Point Value

Example

  • Override Performance Bonus Pool : โ‚น6,00,000
  • Total Qualified Bonus Points : 2,000 BP
  • Bonus Point Value : โ‚น300
  • Diamond Member : 15 Bonus Points
  • Override Performance Bonus = 15 ร— โ‚น300 = โ‚น4,500

Lifetime Leadership Achievement

Once a Leadership Rank is achieved, it is permanent and will never be demoted.

The Bonus Points associated with the achieved Leadership Rank are also retained for life.

However, Bonus Points become eligible for the monthly Override Performance Bonus only when the member satisfies the required monthly maintenance requirements and maintains Active Member status.

  • while the group performance bonus is not parmanent it calculated based on your monthly group volume in PV
  • Monthly maintenance determines Bonus Point eligibility.
  • Only eligible Bonus Points participate in the monthly Override Performance Bonus Pool.
  • Failure to satisfy the monthly maintenance requirements will not reduce the Leadership Rank or Bonus Points, but the member will not receive the Override Performance Bonus for that commission cycle.
First Time Qualification

First Time Rank Qualification

During the month in which a member first qualifies for a Leadership Rank, the following qualification requirements must be satisfied in order for the member to receive the Bonus Points associated with that Leadership Rank.

  • Method 1: One dominant leg satisfies the required PV and all remaining legs together satisfy the balancing PV.
  • Method 2: No dominant leg is required. Multiple legs together may achieve the required Qualification PV.

Important First-Time Qualification Rules

  • These requirements apply only during the month in which a member first qualifies for a Leadership Rank.
  • The member must satisfy either Method 1 or Method 2.
  • After satisfying the qualification requirements, the corresponding Bonus Points are permanently assigned to the member.
  • The Leadership Rank achieved is permanent and will never be demoted.
  • From the following commission cycle onward, only the Monthly Bonus Point Eligibility requirements must be maintained.
Monthly Maintenance

Monthly Bonus Point Eligibility

Once a Leadership Rank has been achieved, both the Leadership Rank and its Bonus Points remain permanent. However, to participate in the monthly Override Performance Bonus Pool, members must satisfy the following monthly maintenance requirements during every commission cutoff.

Monthly Eligibility Rules
  • Method 1: One dominant leg satisfies 50% of the original qualification PV and the remaining legs together satisfy 50% of the balancing PV.
  • Method 2: No dominant leg is required. Multiple legs together may satisfy 50% of the original qualification PV.
  • Only eligible Bonus Points participate in the monthly Override Performance Bonus calculation.

Important Monthly Maintenance Rules

  • Leadership Rank is permanent once achieved.
  • Bonus Points assigned to the Leadership Rank remain permanent.
  • Leadership Rank and Bonus Points are never reduced or removed.
  • Only the eligibility of Bonus Points is verified during every monthly commission cutoff.
  • Members who satisfy the above monthly maintenance requirements participate in the Override Performance Bonus Pool.
  • Members who do not satisfy the monthly maintenance requirements retain their Leadership Rank and Bonus Points but will not receive the Override Performance Bonus for that commission cycle.
  • Once the maintenance requirements are met again, the member automatically becomes eligible for the Override Performance Bonus from that commission cycle onward.

Monthly Activity Requirement

Every member must maintain an Active Status to continue participating in the NUXEMA Compensation Plan.

  • Minimum monthly activity requirement: 10 PV.
  • If a member misses a month, the pending activity requirement increases according to company policy until reactivated.
  • Leadership Bonus and Referral Incentive are calculated only for Active Members.
